

Steve Wynn, last seen by OMNP perusing the bargain bin aisles (to him) at Art Miami during Art Basel Miami Beach, was apparently whetting his appetite for a much bigger purchasing splash last week.
The New York Times reported Sunday that Mr. Wynn was the anonymous purchaser behind the much ballyhooed Rembrandt “Portrait of a Man, Arms Akimbo,” from Christie’s Old Master Painting sale in London.
The portrait, which fetched $$33.2 million, was a record price for the artist.
