Steve Wynn, last seen by OMNP perusing the bargain bin aisles (to him) at Art Miami during Art Basel Miami Beach, was apparently whetting his appetite for a much bigger purchasing splash last week.

The portrait, which fetched $$33.2 million, was a record price for the artist.
